Характеристика развития волосяного покрова и микроструктуры кожи бычков-кастратов разных генотипов

The results of studies conducted show that the indices of hairy cover development and skin microstructure in steers of different genotypes have been within the physiological standards. In winter periods young animals were covered with thick long hair containing a great amount of fluff thus confirming the idea of a rather high adaptive pliability of steers' organisms under the changing conditions of environment. It is established that the triple-cross hybrids have advantage over the pure bred and double-cross hybrids of the same age.
