О демографической реакции на аномальную жару лета 2010 года

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the reaction of demographic processes to the anomalous heat of summer of 2010. There has been analyzed the rate of increase of a number of those who died in July and August of 2010 in comparison with the same period of the previous year in UR and RF. The analysis has been made of the whole situation and of the main types of reasons, and in UR also of sex-age aspect. There has been carried out the analysis of the dynamics of the monthly quantity of the born during the first 6 months of 2010 and 2011. There also has been made the assessment of the changes of natural population growth for the mentioned periods. The analysis has shown the essential increase of a death rate in July-August of 2010, the decrease of birth rate in spring of 2011, and the growth of the natural decrease of population during these months. The changes were analogous to the reactions of demographic processes to the social-economic crises in previous years. The given data show that there should be the advance complex operative and goal-oriented influence on all the factors which affect the health of population with the purpose of the decrease of negative influence in case of critical situations.
