The invention provides a test device and method of the bending property and the interlayer shearing property of an artificial biological valve. The test device provided by the invention comprises a pulse fluid pump (1), pipelines (2, 10), a transmission motor (3), a transmission rod (4), a fixing frame (5), a camera shooting system (6), a data collector (7), a filter (8) and an observation pool (9), wherein when the test device is used for measuring, the artificial biological valve is mounted on the fixing frame (5) in the observation pool (9), and positions of the fixing frame (5) and the artificial biological valve are adjusted through the transmission motor (3) and the transmission rod (4); pulse fluid is transmitted by the pulse fluid pump (1) through the artificial biological valve on the pipeline (2); the camera shooting system (6) is used for capturing bending deformation of the artificial biological valve and transmitting data to the data collector (7); and the data collector (7) is used for calculating the bending degree of the artificial biological valve and calculating the bending property and the interlayer shearing property of the artificial biological valve according to the bending degree of the artificial biological valve.
