Evaluation of the Queensland Housing Strategy 2017-2027: Monitoring and Evaluation Framework

The Institute for Social Science Research (ISSR) at the University of Queensland, working with ARTD Consultants (ARTD) formed a Housing Strategy Research and Evaluation Partnership with the Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy, for the Queensland Housing Strategy 2017–2027 (the Strategy).ISSR-ARTD developed a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for the Strategy, which guides the collection and analysis of credible evidence for policy making, continuous quality improvement and resource allocation. The strategy logic, supported by an outcomes matrix represent the intended outcomes and impacts of the Strategy, associated programs and initiatives and specify attributes of success and potential data sources for monitoring and measuring success.
