In the early of 2012,the topic of soy bean sauce was rather hot in media by Guangdong Weiji soy bean sauce event,which directly changed the public's positive ideas for national soy bean sauce and its testing standards.From the viewpoint of existing problems of national soy bean sauce and its testing standards,the paper tires to make an analysis of the present state of national active soy bean sauce and its testing standards,by collecting data and using the event as an entry point.
