Digitron—A Digital Time Analyzer for Microsecond Intervals

A system is described which measures microsecond time intervals by counting pulses from a 10‐Mc ringing circuit. The data are accumulated in a magnetic core memory. The measured standard deviation of channel widths is ≤0.15%, and the drift in absolute time calibration is <0.1% for periods of several days.
