The effect of internal intensifiers on energy separation in a vortex tube

The paper presents a numerical simulation of gas dynamics and heat exchange of a vortex tube with internal intensifiers. In comparison with the smooth chamber of energy separation, the corridor arrangement of the convex spherical intensifiers allowed by a 1.5 times in the heat transfer coefficient to increase.
