Remote wireless automatic brake device of petroleum pumping unit

The invention relates to a remote wireless automatic brake device of a petroleum pumping unit. The device consists of two parts: a brake execution mechanism and a remote wireless electric control system. When the stop operation is performed for the petroleum pumping unit, an upper computer operation platform synchronously gives a stop instruction and a brake instruction, so that the petroleum pumping unit is stopped, and an electric push rod lead screw shrinks to drive a brake piece to tightly hold a brake wheel hub so as to finish a brake action. When the starting operation is performed for the petroleum pumping unit, the upper computer operation platform synchronously gives a starting instruction and a brake release instruction, so that the petroleum pumping unit is started, the electric push rod lead screw outwards extends, and the brake piece is released under the elastic force recovery effect of a return spring. The remote wireless automatic brake device has no need of manual operation in scene by specially-assigned persons, so that the operation is simple and reliable, the manpower and the time cost are reduced, the potential safety hazard of unattended oil wells is reduced, and the working efficiency of the petroleum pumping unit is improved.
