Benefit Analysis on Scientific Input and Output of Hefei City

Based upon the statistical data of scientific and technological inputs and outputs of Hefei City,by using the methods of case study,literature search,quantitative study,etc,the existing problems in the development of science and technology of Hefei City were pointed out,and concrete suggestions were proposed accordingly.
