An Integrated High Voltage Controller for Reconfigurable Antenna System

A compact high voltage controller for ferroelectric tunable matching network is implemented, which demonstrates the feasibility of generating high tuning voltage up to 120V on chip. The implemented controller enhances the robustness and intelligence of antenna tuning unit. In addition, this paper proves the proposed unimodal criteria leads to the finding of matching point with high probability.
