Research of Dynamic Property of Die Cut Machine Main Mechanism with Rigid-flexible Coupling

Based on virtual prototype technology and the dynamics theory of flexible many-body systems,by comprehensive application of 3D modeling,finite element analysis and many-body dynamics simulation technique,etc.,3D rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model for die cut machine main mechanism crankshaft-connecting rod-knuckle-lever-moving platform was established.Simulation to its dynamic characteristics was performed,and the motion and dynamics response curve for each part in one motion period was obtained.The results show that each part of the die cut machine main mechanism keeps proper contact without any abnormal phenomenon throughout the whole operation process.
