The invention provides a high-impact high-transparency environment-friendly flame-retarded polyvinyl chloride granular material. The material is characterized in that advanced production technology is used for combining polymethyl methacrylate-polybutadiene-polystyrenecopolymer (MBS), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), environmentally friendly flame retardant, transparency intensifier and various additives together. The environmentally friendly transparent flame retardant endows the material with environmentally friendly flame retardancy, meanwhile, the transparency intensifier also reduces the size of crystal grains in the material, and therefore, the material has larger impact resistance and environmentally friendly flame retardancy without high transparency.
