light emitting module and method of operating a light emitting module

2016
In various embodiments, there is provided a light emitting assembly (1), with at least one organic light emitting device (10) comprising a plurality of laterally juxtaposed light segments (40) which are controlled independently from each other, each of said light-emitting segments (40) comprises two vertically superimposed formed organic functional layer structures (22, 25), each having at least an emitter layer and which are independently controllable; and an electronic circuit (8) connected to the light-emitting segments (40) is coupled and which is adapted to: detect a dynamic contact of at least two of the light segments (40); in response to the dynamic touch recognized the corresponding luminous segments (40) to be driven such that at least one of the two layers corresponding emitter emits light; to determine a parameter value by means of a predetermined assignment rule based on the dynamic contact with the corresponding luminous segments (40) at least associated with the dynamic contact; and to generate a signal which is representative of the parameter value.
