According to the saline-alkali soil peanut high-yield cultivation method, the soil environment of saline-alkali soil peanuts is improved, the stress resistance of the peanuts is increased, the rate of emergence is extremely obviously improved, the yield of pods is increased, and the quality of seed kernels is improved. Compared with a conventional saline-alkali soil peanut planting method, the single-plant peanut bearing number is increased by 8.5, the weight of per hundred of peanuts is increased by 35.6 g, the kernel production rate is increased by 5.6 percent, the yield of the pods can reach 403.4 kg/667 m , the yield is increased by 44.74 percent, the seed kernel protein content is increased by 3.08 percent, the seed kernel fat content is increased by 3.62 percent, the oleic acid content is increased by 14.76 percent, and the specific value of the oleic acid or linoleic acid is increased by 17.09 percent.
