Your Institution: Growing Within

In this chapter, we will explore the idea of growth and leadership positions within an institution. This is growth within your own context, where you are not only leading your own team as a scientist but you are also becoming a leader of other leaders. In the socioecological model described in chapter “ The Framework for this Book: The Socioecological Model,” these are the second (and third) circles of context around the individual (ME).
