PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TIMBAL ASETAT SECARA ORAL TERHADAP GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI HEPAR DAN KADAR MALONDIALDEHID (MDA) SERUM TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus norvegicus) YANG DIPROTEKSI OLEH VITAMIN E

2014
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of lead acetate in oral toward the figure of liver cells histopathology and levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) serums in male white rats (rattus norvegicus) were protected by vitamin E. The method was used in this research is laboratory experiment with the Randomized Posted-Only Control Group Design. There were 30 male white rats (rattus novergicus) grouped onto 5 groups. The first group as negative control (K-) did not give any toxin. The second group as positive control (K+) was given lead acetate that can damage liver cells. The third group as treatment 1 (P1) was given protection vitamin E 100 IU/Kgbw + lead acetate 75 mg/kgbw. The fourth group as treatment 2 (P2) was given protection vitamin E 200 IU/Kgbw + Lead Acetate 75 mg/Kgbw, and the last group as treatment 3 (P3) was given protection vitamin E 400 IU/Kgbw + lead acetate 75 mg/kgbw. The results of this study is the protection of vitamin E on dose 100 IU/kgBB, 200 IU/kgbw and 400 IU/kgbw could decrease the liver cell necrosis and the levels of malondialdehyde serum significantly on male white rats that has given the lead acetate in oral The conclusion of this research is the highest dose is 400 IU/kgbw found could give the best result in the figure of liver cells histopathology and the levels of malondialdehyde serum.
