모듈러주택 실증을 위한 계획방향 설정에 관한 연구

The increase in one to two person families brought a change in the residential model, but there is yet a lack of supply of residential models and residences that can respond to the changed family composition. The modular construction method has the strengths of minimizing on-site installation by completing production at the factory to satisfy the surface area needed by one to two person families, and reducing construction time on-site. However, there is still a need for research and development in order to use and apply apartment housing since it is still early stages. This study is a study on developing apartment housing applying the modular construction method, which intends to set the direction for a plan needed to identify the goal of distinguishing technologies developed through research and development.
