Method for preparing sodium-doped zinc oxide nano-powder

The invention discloses a method for preparing sodium-doped zinc oxide nano-powder. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: weighing zinc nitrate and sodium nitrate, as well as citric acid, urea or maleic acid according to a sodium doping proportion; adding the three samples into a beaker, mixing and stirring with water for dissolving; heating and stirring to react and generate light yellow powder; and finally, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the sodium-doped zinc oxide nano-powder. The method has simple process, low cost, short reaction cycle, and can be used for directing generating nano-powder without subsequent treatment.
