Winding deterioration monitoring device of induction motor

PURPOSE: To enable the proper operation and control by forecasting winding temperatures, thermal deterioration states, additional lives and maintenance periods of a plurality of motors through an operating controller from the past operation career of a memory device, and deciding the priorities of operation and stop. CONSTITUTION: Local currents of a plurality of induction motors 1a-1n are detected by CT2a-2n, winding temperatures are detected 4a-4n, ambient temperatures are detected 5a-5n, operation states are detected 6a-6n and are stored 10, and they are inputted to a winding temperature operating circuit 11. When the operation states are inputted from an outside input device, the winding temperature operation circuit 11 calculates forecasting winding temperatures with high degree of accuracy. A thermal deterioration state forecasting circuit 12 calculates a thermal fatigue degree from information of an operation state monitoring circuit 10 and the winding temperatures, and deterioration states, additional lives and maintenance periods are forecasted from the past operation career stored in a knowledge data base 16. The additional lives are compared to decide 14 the starting priorities and are indicated on a picture.
