Behavior-Driven Development

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) was created by Dan North. His goal was to improve communication between business and technical teams to aid in the creation of software with business value. Miscommunication between business and technical teams is often the biggest bottleneck in the delivery of software projects, and developers often misunderstand the business goals, and business teams fail to grasp the capabilities of the technical team.
