Study of Equipment Joint Support Construction of Information-system-based Operations

Aiming at the capabilities of information-system-based operations(ISBO) to promote the innovation and development of the construction of equipment joint support(EJS),is not only for meeting with the urgent needs to cope with the military diversification mission in the current service division system of PLA,but also for strategically considering the construction of EJS in the long-term.Based on the concept of EJS construction of ISBO,the questions of EJS construction are presented,basic ideas of EJS construction of ISBO are discussed and corresponding countermeasure suggestions are put forward on how to develop EJS of PLA.
