The invention provides an enzymatic chemiluminescence substrate liquid of alkaline phosphatase. The enzymatic chemiluminescence substrate liquid of alkaline phosphatase contains 0.4mg/mL of 9,10-dihydrogen acridine derivative, 0.05mol/L of trihydroxy methane and 0.5% of sodium dodecyl sulfate. The enzymatic chemiluminescence substrate liquid disclosed by the invention is quick to sparkle, high in strength, and long in lasting time, namely, 30-60 minutes, and can completely meet the requirements of clinical detection, the main performance index achieves the level of a foreign product, and the cost of a luminescence substrate is greatly reduced. The background value of the enzymatic chemiluminescence substrate liquid disclosed by the invention is not higher than 3,000 relatively to the luminescent intensity; the RLU value of the luminescent intensity can be up to 315,000+/-65,000 when the AP concentration is 0.1U/mL. Thus, the enzymatic chemiluminescence substrate liquid is strong in signal intensity, high in sensitivity and strong in specificity.
