Radio frequency front end based on compass second generation/GPS double navigation systems

2011
The utility model discloses a radio frequency front end based on compass second generation/GPS (Global Position System) double navigation systems, comprising an active antenna module and a radio-frequency receiving module which are connected in order; wherein the active antenna module comprises an antenna, a filter, a low noise amplifier and a lightning protection device which are cascaded in order and integrated together; a power supply device is connected with the low noise amplifier; the radio-frequency receiving module comprises a power divider and at least two radio-frequency processing circuits connected with the power divider; and the each radio-frequency processing circuit comprises a filter, a low noise amplifier, an image rejection filter, a gain module, a down converter, an intermediate-frequency amplifier, an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) band pass filter, a variable gain amplifier and an operation amplifier output device which are connected in order. The radio frequency front end based on the compass second generation/GPS double navigation systems in the utility model adopts the active antenna module and the LTCC band pass filter, thus the radio frequency front end has the advantages of high performance, miniaturization, high integration, low cost, excellent temperature performance, impact resistance, vibration resistance, etc.
