Влияние технологии выращивания бычков различных пород на их мясную продуктивность и эффективность производства говядины

Production parameters of young Simmental and Aberdin-Angus bulls under different management technologies are described in the article. The highest values of energy consumption and utilization, dynamics of liveweight gain, meat performance and economic efficiency were observed in young cattle kept in stalls. Among the compared breeds the results obtained show that Simmental bulls possess higher breeding qualities than the Aberdin Angus bulls.
