The utility model provides an antenna pattern measuring device based on a full-digital high-frequency radar. The antenna pattern measuring device comprises a transmitting circuit, a receiving circuit, an FPGA chip, a USB controller and a host, wherein the transmitting circuit comprises a transmitting antenna, a transmitter, a DDS chip, a phase-locked loop clock synthesizer and a crystal oscillating circuit which are successively connected; the receiving circuit comprises a receiving antenna, an analog front end and an A/D conversion circuit which are successively connected; the FPGA chip is respectively connected with the phase-locked loop clock synthesizer, the DDS chip, the transmitter, the analog front end, the A/D conversion circuit and the USB controller; the USB controller is connected with the host; and the phase-locked loop clock synthesizer is in circuit connection with the A/D conversion circuit. The antenna pattern measuring device has the advantages of simple circuit, small size, low cost and high stability, and is especially suitable for ocean surface kinetic parameter detection.
