The efficacy of hemodialysis with hemoperfusion in threatment of uremic refractory hypertension

2014
Objective To investigate the efficacy of hemodialysis with hemoperfusion in threatment of uremic refractory hypertension. Methods 64 cases uremic patients with resistant hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group only used blood dialysis, three times a week, the observation group used hemodialysis and hemoperfusion, once a week. After treatment, the antihypertensive effect were compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than control group(90.6%vs71.9%, P 0.05). After treatment, the SBP and DBP level of observation group and control group was significantly lower than before treatment, and the SBP and DBP level of observation group lowered more significantly than control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis with hemoperfusion in threatment of uremic refractory hypertension has good efficacy, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
