Novel roles of unphosphorylated signal transducers and activators of transcription in oncogenesis and transcriptional regulation

信号转导与转录激活因子(signal transducers and activators of transcription,STAT)主要参与介导细胞因子和生长因子对细胞的信号转导作用.在过去的研究中我们知道磷酸化的STAT在细胞的增殖、分化、周期调控及凋亡过程中起重要作用,其过度活化导致细胞的异常增殖和凋亡障碍,促进肿瘤的发生发展.近几年来,有关研究发现非磷酸化的STAT很有可能作为一种转录激活因子在肿瘤形成和信号转导调节中起重要的作用.本文就其研究作一综述。
