The invention discloses a drill assembly method for a warhead shell and a front support of a dispersal mechanism, and belongs to the technical field of assembly technology for a warhead of an exploder. The method mainly comprises the following steps: designing and processing a drill assembly device and accessories thereof, wherein according to the physical dimension of the front support of the dispersal mechanism, a technological front support of which the overall dimension is smaller than the front support of the dispersal mechanism is designed, a through hole position of the technological front support is matched with a connecting through hole of the front support of the dispersal mechanism, and the pore diameter of the technological front support is larger than that of the connecting through hole of the dispersal mechanism; processing a drill; assembling the warhead shell and the front support of the dispersal mechanism; and drilling and tapping on the warhead shell, and detaching the technological front support to complete the drill assembly process. The method adopted performs drill assembly processing on the warhead shell, and has convenient operation and reliable safety; and the processed screw holes completely meet the technical requirement, do not have slant holes and bias holes, and guarantee the normal assembly of the warhead shell and the dispersal mechanism.
