Tibetan sheep H-FABP gene clone and bioinformatic analysis

Tibetan sheep H-FABP coding gene is cloned by using reverse-translation PCR and T-A clone technology and then analysised according to bioinformatics software.The result shows Tibetan sheep H-FABP gene contains 402bp nucleotide and codes 133 amino acids.The result of sequence multiple comparison among Tibetan sheep,goat,buffalo,cattle,yak,pig,horse,dog shows the total homologous rate of H-FABP gene is 90.8%～99.5%,the H-FABP amino acid homologous is 93.2%～100%.There are two different nucleotides to be found of H-FABP gene between Tibetan sheep and goat,A114G and T129C.
