Effect of hysteroscopic lysis of intrauterine adhesions in menstruating women on subsequent late proliferative phase endometrial thickness

(FR1⁄40.67, 95%CI1⁄4 0.44-1.03). CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggest that antidepressants may reduce the probability of a woman conceiving naturally. However, a history of depression does not appear to negatively impact a woman’s fertility. The reduction in fertility among antidepressant users may be due to active or severe depression or the pharmaceuticals themselves.
