The device is composed of a probe head, a coiled probe pin, a probe connecting rod, a small spring, an inner shell, a large spring, a pre-tightening nut, an outer shell, a bottom plate, a coiled fastening pin and the like. When the through casing resistivity logging instrument breaks down and cannot be recover the probe normally, the logging instrument only needs to be lifted upwards, under the effect of the pulling force, the probe head topples downwards in a rotating mode around the coiled probe pin and is separated from the inner wall of a casing smoothly, and therefore the problems that the probe head is struck and vicious damage to the casing is caused are avoided. The device can be firmly arranged on the casing in a tying mode and guarantee the accuracy of measuring signals. The device is integrated and simple in structure and can be assembled on, disassembled from and replaced on the through casing resistivity logging instrument conveniently.
