Chinese and western medicine treatment of prolapse intervertebral disc

Objective To seek a way of suitable synthetic treatment for prolapse of Lumbar intervertebral disc patients who refuse operation. Methods 458 cases patients were treated with lying on lamina dura,pelvic traetion, massage medicines acupuncture, function training and so on. Results 246 cases healed. There were marked effect in 128 cases, effectiveness 80 cases, and failure in 4 cases. Conclusion The method is economical, effective, painless and easy for patients to accept.
