The invention discloses an active carbon gas phase absorption performance simulation detection method. Traditionally, active carbon detection is commonly carried out in laboratories, and intuitiveness is poor. The detection method provided by the invention comprises the steps that: (1) adsorption rate detection is carried out with a formula of CX=(M-C0)/YQ*100%; (2) according to a formula of CT=(M-C)/YQ1*100%, desorption rate is determined; (3) according to a formula that a recovery rate=mass of recovered organic solvent/evaporated organic solvent*100%, the recovery rate is obtained by calculation. With the active carbon gas phase absorption performance simulation detection method provided by the invention, a traditional detection method of active carbon gas phase absorption performance is changed, such that active carbon performance testing and sorting can be carried out with simulated actual production environments before the active carbon is applied in industrial productions. Organic solvent recovery rate is improved with low cost and low energy consumption.
