Interspecies Association Analysis of Attached Diatom in Qingshui River

The interspecies association of 23 dominant species in 15 sampling sites of Qingshui River, Wutai Mountainous area was analyzed and results showed the association of species was positive. The dominant species were divided into three ecological groups to indicate different environment quality by using spearman correlation coefficients.
