The post-mortem is a possibility for a project group to reflect over the past project and learn from their experiences. It is also of help for new project members to learn from other peoples experiences. This document describes the work to be done in the post-mortem. It gives proposals to how the project group gathers and documents experiences during the project. It also gives proposals to the content of the post-mortem document and how the post-mortem work can be carried out and divided.
