The Spectroscopic Properties of The Modified Photosensitizer Hyprocrellina

In order to modify hypocrellin A(HA) and to maintain its excellent sensitivity to singlet oxygen,the fluorescence spectrum of HA in different acidity is studied systemically,some new and basic evidences are obtained.Furthermore,the spectrums of HA dispersed in sieves(MCM-41) is studied in details,a new emission band of HA in sieves is observed at long wavelength side under strong pulse laser excitation,which is corresponding to that in the solution of HA under the same excitation.It results from the fluorescence of ESIPT produced by double-photon absorption.
