Heavy oil hydrogenation slurry-bed reactor and application method thereof

A heavy oil hydrogenation slurry-bed reactor and its application method are disclosed. The heavy oil hydrogenation slurry-bed reactor comprises a riser tube (1) and a downcomer (8). Upper parts and lower parts of the riser tube (1) and the downcomer (8) are respectively communicated through connecting pipes. A splitter plate (10) is arranged inside the downcomer. The splitter plate (10) divides the inside space of the downcomer into two parts with upper and lower parts communicated and the middle part separated. The upper part of the riser tube (1) is communicated with one side of the two spaces of the downcomer (8) through an upper connecting pipe (7). The bottom of the riser tube (1) is provided with a raw material inlet. Tops of the riser tube (1) and the downcomer (8) are respectively equipped with gas outlets. The other side of the two spaces of the downcomer (8) is provided with a product outlet. The slurry-bed hydrogenation reactor provided by the invention is suitable for hydrocracking reaction of heavy oil raw material. Reactor operation cycle is long. Heavy oil hydrogenation conversion rate is high. And the reactor is beneficial to processing of slurry by subsequent equipment.
