Показатели протеолиза в ранней диагностике хронической плацентарной недостаточности

It is shown that a compensated stage of chronic placental insufficiency (CPI) is associated with an increase in proteinase activity on a background of a rise of α1-proteinase inhibitor (PI). A decompensated stage is characterized by PI deficiency and an increase in proteinase-inhibitor factor by 7 to 12 times. If there is an intra-uterine restriction in fetus development, proteinase/inhibitor ratio increases by more than 30 times. Determination of proteinase/inhibitor ratio can be used as a marker of progression of chronic placental insufficiency.
