Similar zero-order sustained-release particles applied to combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, preparation method and application

2014
The invention discloses a preparation method for similar zero-order sustained-release particles applied to combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The preparation method comprises the following steps of A, adding 100-500 mg of paclitaxel trisulfide, a pure beta-ray nuclide-containing radioactive marker (for example, P-chromium phosphate colloid, Y glass microspheres, Y colloid, Re-tin sulfur colloid, Lu, Sr, etc.), 50-300 mg of biodegradable material powder, 2-3 mL of Tween 80, 2-5 mg of sodium chloride and 3-7 mg of sodium bicarbonate, stirring at a constant speed and carrying out ultrasonic emulsification for 1-3 hours; B putting the mixture prepared by the step A into a drying oven at a temperature of 50-60 DEG C and drying for 12-24 h at a constant temperature; C adding 1-2% by weight of magnesium stearate in powder prepared by the step B; and D shaping a finished product. The similar zero-order sustained-release particles applied to the combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy can overcome the disadvantages in the prior art, increase local curative effect after implantation of tumor particles and reduce whole body dosage and toxic and side effect. The invention also discloses the similar zero-order sustained-release particles applied to the combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy prepared by using the above preparation method, and an application thereof in preparing anti-tumor drugs.
