Function of Moxibustion Therapy in Disease Prevention and Healthcare

In Chinese medicine, the prevention of diseases has been emphasized and the idea and therapeutic principle of "preventing it before it occurs" have been stressed. As early as in the Huang Di Nei Jing (Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic), the ideological system on "treating subclinical conditions" had been established.
