Cloth with detergent and bleaching agent

detergent article consisting of an insoluble textile substrate in water and a detergent composition containing a bleaching agent which is solidified on the substrate, said detergent composition comprising: a) a film-forming polymer selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol high molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone, starch ethers, cellulose ethers, polyacrylates and mixtures thereof and b) a plasticizer for the film-forming polymer selected from the group consisting of 1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, 2,3-butanediol, triethyl citrate, paraffin oil and mixtures thereof.
