Production process method of dual metal pick

The invention relates to a method for producing a double metal cutting pick consisting of a hard alloy head1, a pick end 2 and a pick body 4, wherein, the pick end 2 is made of wearresistant alloy steel of high hardness and high wear resistance, and after being processed, the hard ally head 1 is sequentially processed by the operations of braze welding and thermal treatment. The pick end 2 is made of the alloy steel of high hardness, and after being processed, the pick end 2 is processed by the operation of thermal treatment. The tangs of the connection parts of the pick end 2 and the pick body 4 are in transition fit, and after being assembled, the pick end 2 and the pick body 4 are connected together by the method of welding and then are processed by the operation of low-temperature tempering, so as to eliminate the stress caused by welding. The pick body is caused to be of higher hardness and impact toughness, the pick end is of higher hardness and wear resistance to overcome the disadvantages of the cutting pick made of the same metal materials, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the cutting pick.
