The invention provides a universal serial bus transmission rate method and device. The method includes the steps: determining the data volume of data to be transmitted by a master machine; determining the filling data volume of a data packet transmitted to a slave machine by the master machine according to the data volume. The data to be transmitted include data to be transmitted to the slave machine by the master machine, the master machine is connected with the slave machine through a universal serial bus, objects are transmitted when the data packet is not filled, so that the distance between two groups of objects is decreased, and the transmitting rate of the USB (universal serial bus) is increased.
