Подходы к диагностике и коррекции патологических изменений сердца у юных спортсменов с использованием препаратов метаболического действия

This article contains a review of the literature on the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and principles of therapy of pathological transformation of the heart in children-athletes. Results of own investigations of the peculiarities of creatine phosphate, L-carnitine and ubiquinone in children with abnormal heart sport was presented that has allowed to offer selection algorithm metabolic means in sports cardiology.
