Bacteriostatic Test of the Extractive from Blackberrylily rhizome

To apply bacteriostatic test in vitro and vivo to experimental research the extractive from Blackberrylily rhizome.The results of extracorporeal test indicate that the extractive has the inhibitory action on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Streptococcus lactis,Streptococcus pneumoniae,the minimal inhibitory concentration respectively is 2.60 mg of extractive/mL,41.63 mg of extractive/mL,20.81 mg of extractive/mL,2.60 mg of extractive/mL,2.60 mg of extractive/mL.The results of internal test indicate that all the low(0.078 g of extractive/kg),medium(0.156 g of extractive/kg)and high(0.312 g of extractive/kg) dose of the extractive can reduce the mice mortality due to Staphylococcus aureus infection(P0.05,P0.01,P0.01).
