The invention discloses a split-type die. The die comprises a die body, a stem, a pressing block and a fastening sleeve, the die body is formed by assembly of multi-clack split modules, a cavity is formed on the inner profile face of the die body, the stem is inserted inside the cavity, a through-hole is arranged on the pressing block, the pressing block is sleeved on the stem through the through-hole, and the fastening sleeve is sleeved on the die body. Powder materials are placed into the cavity of the die body of the split-type die, the pressing block presses powder materials into blank bodies through the mechanical external force, and during extrusion of powder materials by the mechanical external force, powder materials are combined and agglomerated continuously to be produced into blank bodies with the high density. Blank bodies are produced through the mechanical external force in a pressurization mode, the production efficiency is high, production costs and labor consumption are reduced, blank bodies with the high density are obtained, the die is applicable to continuous and automatic production methods, defects of isostatic compaction machine tool machining methods and slip casting methods are avoided, and the die is applicable to production methods for quick and continuous molding of blank bodies.
