The present research called THE BUSINESS STRATEGIES AND ITS INCIDENCE IN THE SALES OF THE TEXTILE COMPANY””CREACIONES AMIGUITOS”, the aim is to diagnose the business strategies abd its incidence in the sales of company, to increase productivity it is very necessary to implement focused marketing strategies in the marketing mix: price, product, place and promotion. Business strategies are tools that allow us to contribute to the development of the company, focused on misleading the client to purchase of the good or a service, so that they can support the increase in sales. Within the main analysis of the company, supported by the respective surveys, interviews and financial statements, the decrease in sales due to the empirical management carried out by the owners and the lack of commercial strategies could be evidenced. For this reason, it was felt the importance of using strategies that affect economic development by increasing the volume of sales and being able to be competitive in the market and achieve a positioning in it.
