A Method for Post-processing of the Robotic Fibre Placement

In this paper, the method for the post-processing of the robotic fibre placement is proposed. In this method, a self-programming method for robot motion and the placement head action is firstly produced. A motion control strategy combined of master-slave synchronization and time synchronization which makes the robot’s movement and the action control of the placement head achieve coordination is then introduced. Finally the experiment is carried out on the robot-based automatic placement platform. The experiment results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
