Spring array connector device

PURPOSE: To provide an array spring connector including a high-density connector having three-dimensional compliance. CONSTITUTION: A spring array connector 10 includes a single elastic layer consisting of a plurality of lead wires 18, an electric contact 22, and a plurality of springs having electric terminals 20. Each spring of the array can be bent independently, and the lead wires are separately insulated. All springs of the spring array is manufactured simultaneously. An embodiment of the spring includes sheets and wires of a sine-wave shape, spiral shape, cantilever-type, and buckling beam shape.
