The device of organic light emitting display comprising: a substrate (100); one on the substrate (100) arranged display unit (200); arranged one at a periphery of the display unit (200) and on said substrate (100) insulating unit (120) and an encapsulation layer (300) to encapsulate the display unit (200), wherein the encapsulation layer (300) covering a display unit (200) organic layer (310) and the organic layer (310) and the insulating unit (120) covering inorganic layer (320), and wherein a hardness of the insulating unit (120) is less than that of the inorganic layer (320). Accordingly, the lateral moisture barrier properties of the device are improved with organic light emitting display.
